Ever see one of those long commercials for X-Tenze or whatever its called? Ever listen to the people talk? Next time you see one, every time they say "certain part", "enlargement", or anything else that describes what the pill does, replace it with CURES CANCER And you get something like this

"Years ago, few believed we could CURE CANCER.. It's not a gimmick, its real science, this pill can CURE CANCER.."

These guys believe they have just made the whole world better for all appearently....
